Return & Refund Policy – PRIME HAVEN

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must include original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If your return is approved, we will share return instructions and the return address.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
