Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

• Remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days in rare cases.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Delivery Issues

• PRIME HAVEN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
